Daughters of the Earth — A Return to the Elements is an intimate women’s gathering held beneath the full moon in a private waterfront home nestled along the mystical healing waters of the Florida springs.

Surrounded by ancient trees, crystal-clear spring water, firelight, music, and sisterhood, we step away from the noise of everyday life and return to the wisdom of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water through ritual, movement, breath, rest, and sacred connection.

This retreat is a remembrance — an invitation to reconnect with the ancient wisdom carried within the body, the spirit, and the natural world. Through elemental practices, ancestral teachings, ritual, and intuitive exploration, we awaken the oracle within and deepen our connection to ourselves, our intuition, and the unseen spiritual realms that guide us.

Throughout the weekend, we will explore the healing and symbolism of the elements through mind-body connection, ritual, and ancestral practices:
• daily yoga, breathwork & nervous system grounding
• immersive spring experiences & sacred water rituals
• candle rituals, manifestation practices & elemental altar work
• oracle, intuition & divination workshops designed to strengthen spiritual connection and inner guidance
• ancestral connection practices & sacred feminine remembrance
• ancestral medicine ceremony inspired by Earth-based traditions and intentional spiritual connection
• gatherings around the fire with music, reflection & presence
• nourishing meals, intentional rest & meaningful connection

One full day will be devoted to immersive elemental workshops and ritual inspired by ancestral wisdom, nature-based spirituality, and the sacred relationship between women, intuition, and the Earth.

Each guest will receive a thoughtfully curated gift bag including ritual items, workshop materials, divination tools, and potted herbs used throughout the retreat so the practices and connection may continue long after the weekend ends.

This retreat is intentionally intimate, with limited spaces available, allowing for a deeply personal and connected experience.

No experience is needed — only an openness to slow down, reconnect with nature, awaken your intuition, and return to yourself.
