This Therapeutic Yoga is a combination of asana, pranayama & meditation used to enhance the quality of living.

The application of rhythmic compressions  using the feet, palms, elbows, forearms and fingers in combination with deep stretching helps to remove muscular adhesions, clear out old  stagnant fluid and increase the circulation throughout the physical body. 

The subtle body experiences an opening of chakras  (dormant reservoirs of bio-spiritual power) and clearing nadis (electro-magnetic meridian pathways) by  releasing endorphins and neurotransmitters to tranquilize  the nervous system and replace old, restricted energy patterns within.
