An weekend of connection, feminine energy & nature at the Mystical RAINBOW RIVER. Every aspect of this retreat has been thoughtfully planned and curated for you from the activities to the meals and rituals. This is an opportunity to step away from the to-do lists, fully relax and return to yourself.

PRIVATE RIVERSIDE SANCTUARY - We will be staying in a beautiful riverside home surrounded by lush Florida nature & healing spring water.

IMMERSIVE SPRING ACTIVITIES - kayaking to the head of the springs, swimming in the cool 72 degree water amongst the turtles otters and hopefully manatees

DAILY YOGA, MEDITATION & SOUND HEALING - practices designed to ground restore and bring you back into your body while regulating your nervous system.

ELEMENTAL WORKSHOPS - Learn to work with Earth, Wind, Fire & Air the way our ancestors did.

Create with FIRE 🔥 in candle making,
ground into EARTH 🌸 through floral altars and mandalas,
cleanse with WATER 💧 using moon-charged Florida Water 
and release into AIR 🪶—carrying prayers and intentions on the breath & Sacred Tobacco.
