About the Retreat

This intimate women's gathering will be held beneath the full moon in a private waterfront home nestled along the mystical healing waters of the Florida springs. Surrounded by ancient trees, crystal-clear spring water, firelight, music, and sisterhood, we step away from the noise of everyday life and return to the wisdom of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water through ritual, movement, breath, rest, and sacred connection.

This retreat is a remembrance — an invitation to reconnect with the ancient wisdom carried within the body, the spirit, and the natural world. Through elemental practices, ancestral teachings, and intuitive exploration, we awaken the oracle within and deepen our connection to ourselves, our intuition, and the unseen spiritual realms that guide us.
